Directly managing the entire design and production process, Semprelegno is a Product Service System oriented company. Our modern artisan joinery offers a wide range of services and satisfies the request of a single piece as well as of large quantities.

Advanced Software and Machinery

Knowledge, experience and tradition consent us to give professional advice on the technical features of all the materials we use and to provide our Business customers not only a high quality wood product but also one with insertions of different elements such as glass, plexiglass, metal, technical lighting, decor paper or cultured marble.

Our highly technological workshop employs numerical control machines such as the 5-axis CNC, the thermal-hydraulic press and the beam saw, all managed by highly qualified staff and innovative software such as DDX and MASTERCABINE. We also make 3D-drawings and Renderings.

Semprelegno is both product and service oriented (Product Service System). The entire production process is accomplished within the company, this allowing us to provide high quality custom made furniture, precision, flexibility and fast delivery to our Business clients.

High Quality Materials

Noble Materials & Traceability

Our fitted furniture is manufactured using carefully selected high quality raw materials such as Rosewood, Ebony, Canaletto (American) Walnut wood, Wenge, Palma and Bois de Rose provided only by certified suppliers.

Our veneered products are made by using Beech and Poplar blackboards plated with natural wood of the finest quality such as Elm, National (European) Walnut wood, Canaletto (American) Walnut wood and Slavonian Oak. The durability of our bespoke furniture is certified: our lacquers have a polyester base that guarantees their last in time.

We use melamine-faced chipboard panels certified 100% Beech and Poplar wood with low formaldehyde content and high-thickness laminates with infinite textures. The hardware we employ is high quality and CE certified: Salice, Blum, Androvite, Mungo, Afële, Spax.

The traceability system and our high-quality standards and noble materials allow us to offer products that represent the excellence in the Italian furniture industry.
